About Us

Established in 2023, Shop Micki is a black woman-owned business delivering fashion forward trends for everyday lifestyle. We provide each customer a personalized shopping experience in a fun environment. The owner, Rebecca, has always loved fashion and shopping. Unfortunately, she lost her mother to cancer at a young age and missed out shopping with her during her teenage years. She conceptualized Shop Micki as a welcoming place for multiple generational women. She wanted it to be somewhere that moms and their daughters could come and enjoy shopping together while finding outfits that make them feel confident. Shop Micki is named after Rebecca's mother Mikal, who was known as Micki.

Free shipping on orders of $150 or more

We are happy to refund any items within the first 7 days of the delivery date. We offer exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date. Only items unworn with tags attached are accepted. Exception We do not accept returns on Final Sale Items. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement. *You are responsible for return shipping fees.
